Another cost-effective managed service is SACO Server Monitoring 24/7. SACO monitors the availability of your company's server
systems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Around the clock,
server operating systems, server hardware and/or virtual servers are checked remotely. Event messages are set up within the server monitoring. Optionally, these event messages are sent to your IT department or/and directly to the SACO Online Support Centre and escalated there in accordance with the agreed SLAs.
Do your IT users need help with their daily work at the IT workstation, whether in the office or when working from home?
Would your IT department value second level support that is available at all times? We have the right helpdesk approach for
every configuration. Starting with our SACO Online Support Centre (ticket system) - known as S-O-S for short - and continuing
through our SACO Helpbox (a locally installed SACO APP, in which every IT user can quickly and simply request help) to
our individually configured user helpdesk for the efficient support of your users. Of course, also in-house on request.
IT outsourcing is the assignment of IT task areas to SACO as your external IT service provider.
With partial outsourcing, you relieve the burden on your IT department by delegating certain
IT task areas to SACO. Our service concepts are as individually structured as our customers.
